Take-A-Break - Youtube Tip -- Pop over to http://Youtube.com and find a selection of music videos, exercise videos, language videos - anything which you really enjoy. Take a break during the day, maybe over a morning or afternoon coffee or tea, or cold drink, get comfy and put your business on hold for 10-15 minutes. Put the cellphone on silent, turn off the email announcements. Check out some comedy vids, techie vids, whatever is your interest, and allow yourself time to R-E-L-A-X. Good, you needed that :-)
