Whenever you send one email to a group of people, you must put all the email names in the BCC: field - not the cc: field [see below].
To show everyone's email name is sort of like a breach of privacy - I know many of these people will be your friends and associates and won't be bothered by it, but it's internet etiquette to keep people's data private,
and some folk might be annoyed.
By using the BCC: field, everyone's anonymity is retained.
Using Mailing Lists / Newsletters
