This is where it all gets pulled together make sure your website's working at its best capacity.

Client Support Centre

Our website & hosting Clients pay a monthly fee for their Hosting & Maintenance which covers:

monthly hosting, space to house their website, and a generous website traffic allowance
30 minutes of one-on-one support with me - Teena Hughes - via email, Skype or phone call, and in some cases a video tutorial
the amount of time to read and respond to emails, take phones calls etc is tracked for each Client, each time
if the time goes over 30 minutes, the Client is advised (a Total appears at the bottom of emails to advise of the status) and the additional time will be deducted from the next month
if the time isn't used in any one month, it is non-accumulative and does not roll over into the next month

Monthly Hosting & Maintenance Plan - Fees

Level 1 : Small business website $50.00 per month
Level 2 : Corporate website $65.00 per month
Level 3 : Large website/E-commerce website $75.00 per month

Other options

Some of my long-term Clients are paying for their website Hosting on a yearly basis.

If you are one of my long-term Clients using the yearly Hosting Plan, you can purchase my time in blocks of one hour, and we can schedule a suitable time in advance.

All support can be scheduled in 15 minute increments.
1 hour Support $80, paid in advance, valid for 3 months.
Block of 5 hours of Support $320 (1 hour free), paid in advance, valid for 6 months.

How to use Skype for the fastest Website Support with Teena

This is my preference for support as I can SEE what your'e doing on your website and make suggestions.

download the software
let me know what your account name is (send me an email)
together we will work out a time when we can talk via Skype
we can call each other over Skype (at no cost to either of us, and it allows us to see each others' faces)
this works for local, interstate and international clients equally as well
I will ask you to 'share you screen' whilst we are on Skype
this means I will be able to see your computer screen
you can show me what you're doing and where your problem lies
then I will be able to solve the issue and offer suggestions and recommendations.
