How to save a webpage as a PDF?

Over the years I've wondered how to save a webpage as a PDF and retain all the formatting.

I must admit it's been a real struggle, different browsers, different platforms, nothing ever worked as well as I'd like. And then I found a site which gave me exactly what I wanted and I was thrilled!

How to save a webpage as a PDF:

  • copy the webpage name (URL) you'd like to turn into a PDF
  • go to http://www.web2pdfconvert.com
  • paste the webpage name (URL) into the typing space
  • click the CONVERT TO PDF button
  • when you see the message appear on the screen, "PDF successfully created", you can download the PDF
  • you can either right-click the PDF icon and select download (for Macs, Control-click, select Save Link As)
  • or click the "Download PDF file" link, and you're done!
