It sounds stupid but I feel unable to start any page.

If you're trying to come up with catchy phrases for your SEO, you might enjoy this article I wrote which explains in simple terms what SEO is, and how to use the long-tail keywords to find your target market.

What is SEO?  >>

As you are in real estate, try to come up with a list of questions people might type in the search engines, where you would like to be one of the results, for example (and I don't know your geographic location):

• buy house san diego
• rent apartment new york
• commercial property san francisco

These are all long-tail keywords - and if you put the suburb or district or even the zip code, this is what people are actually typing to find real estate agents who can help them.

Once you know what PEOPLE are searching for, that's where you can start to come up with the phrases you can base your website pages (or blog posts) on.
